This is a Mizuno GX Sonic III MR. One of the rarest and most sought after Mizuno suits. This one is in amazing condition and has little to no usage. It doesn’t appear as if it has been either professionally repaired and/or reinforced. I wasn’t able to get a confirmed answer but I do know that Mizuno themselves are the ones who did this. This should mean the suit is more than capable to be used for plenty of more swims in its life. Feel free to reach out with anymore questions. :)
