These are brand new with tags. They are the Hurley brand and a Boys size 16/28. That is a size 16 with a 28 inch waist. These are board shorts. They are mostly blue but have red and white in them too. The top print is tropical. The print towards the bottom is ombre. Inseam measures 9 inches. Length from top to bottom measures 19 inches. These are nice I tried to take a lot of pictures make sure to look at them!
