These are brand new with tags. They are the Wave Zone brand and a Boys size small (6/7). The waist measures 23 inches, it has a drawstring and is elastic. The length from top to bottom is 14 inches. Inseam neasures 7 inches. These are board shorts or swim trunks. They have built in underwear and are UPF 50. These are nice perfect for any type of water activity.
